One tool for all your fieldwork.
reform turns any phone or tablet into an offline-first data collection tool for field assessments, wherever the day takes your team.
Buildings · Utilities · Disaster response · Census · Cooperation
Made for real fieldwork
Whatever your teams are out there counting, mapping, or assessing.
Buildings & infrastructure
Vulnerability inspections, structural calculations, photos, geometry (Coming soon), and coordinates tied to every structure.
Utilities & assets
Water points, meters, poles, power lines, pipelines. Survey the networks offline and sync the records later.
Post-disaster recon
Rapid damage assessments right after an event, even with no connectivity.
Demographic surveys
Long questionnaires with skip and validation logic.
Social & humanitarian
Beneficiary intake and monitoring and evaluation with audit trails.
Whatever's next
If it can be observed in the field, reform can capture it. Custom schemas in minutes.
What's in the kit
Offline-first
Days without signal. Records queue locally and sync the moment you reconnect.
Geolocation & geometry
Coordinates and building footprints (Coming soon), easily captured in the field.
Media & signatures
Geotagged photos, videos, and signatures. Compressed and attached in place.
Conditional logic, calcs & events
Show, hide, and calculate as you go, plus events triggered by user actions. One smart form replaces the paper stack.
Validation at the source
Numeric ranges, formats, required fields. Errors caught in the field, not the office.
Export & integrate
CSV, XLSX, JSON, API. Portable and open, so your data stays yours.
Trusted where it's hard to work
Enterprise
Reliable structured capture for mobile workforces.
Government
Census, inspections, and public asset surveys at scale.

01What's the difference between form0 and reform?
form0 is the open-source engine: a framework-agnostic library that turns a JSON schema into working form logic, validation, visibility, and calculations. You can embed it in your own web or mobile app with no lock-in, and the source is on GitHub. reform is the hosted platform built on that engine, adding accounts, offline sync, team roles, storage, and a visual builder. If you want to run everything yourself, form0 is enough. If you want field teams collecting data without building the infrastructure around it, that's reform.
02What's included in the Personal free plan?
Everything you need to get started. The Personal free plan allows you to build forms, collect offline, and export your data. Enough to run a real deployment in the field, not just a demo. No credit card required. Check limits in the pricing section.
03How do main organizations and sub-organizations work?
Every account includes one Personal main organization for free. If you need a separate workspace for a team, programme, or client, you can create an additional paid main organization on Basic or Advanced. Within each main organization, you can create unlimited sub-organizations. They share all plan quotas of their parent main organization, including web seats, mobile seats, and storage. Each paid main organization is billed separately. Moving billing from a main organization to one of its sub-organizations isn't available yet, but is planned.
04Do you adjust prices by country?
Yes. reform uses local fair pricing, based on the Numbeo local purchasing power index. Spain is our baseline: countries with a lower index pay proportionally less, and countries above it pay the standard price, never more. Your country is detected when you set up your organization, and you can always choose it yourself. To keep it fair, the local rate requires your billing address and your pre-paid, debit or credit card to be in the country you select. If your country isn't covered yet, write to support@paqu.io and we'll take a look.
05Is there a discount for NGOs and non-profits?
Yes. Registered NGOs and non-profits currently get 50% off. You can request it while setting up your organization: tell us about your work and attach up to three official documents, such as an IRS 501(c)(3) letter, a charity register extract, or your country's equivalent registration. Our team reviews the request, and your documents stay private. It stacks with local fair pricing. If you're not sure whether you qualify, write to support@paqu.io.
06Do I need to code to build forms?
No. Build forms visually (fields, logic, validation, and calculations) without writing any code. Calculations use spreadsheet-style formulas, just like Excel or Google Sheets. Power users can drop into the JSON schema, or even write JavaScript, for finer control, but it's never required.
07Does it work with no connection?
Yes. reform is offline-first: teams collect with no signal, and records queue locally until a connection returns, then sync automatically.
08What devices do teams need?
Any modern Android phone or tablet, the devices your teams already carry. iOS support is coming soon.
09Can people outside our team fill in a form?
Yes. Publish a form as a public link and anyone can fill it in, no account needed. They can save their place and come back later, or edit what they sent. Public links work on desktop browsers and are captcha-protected to keep bots out.
10Can we connect reform to our own systems?
Yes. reform has a public API with keys you create and revoke yourself, so your own tools can read and write data. You can also export records and media as JSON, CSV, or XLSX and load them wherever you need.
11Who owns the collected data?
You do, always. Export to open formats any time, or make your data available to other tools through public shares and the API. No lock-in.
12Is reform GDPR and CCPA compliant?
Yes. reform is GDPR and CCPA compliant. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and hosted on servers in Europe.
13What happens to our data if we stop using reform?
You can export everything at any time in CSV, XLSX, or JSON, including your photos, videos, and signatures. If you delete an organization or a workspace, that content is permanently deleted within 30 days. Operational audit records tied to your account are kept for a limited window after closure, typically up to 12 months, unless a legal hold applies. You can also request a copy of your personal account data, or its deletion, at any time.
14How fast can we deploy?
Same day. Teams install the app and your form is live in the field. You can start free right now.
Ready when your team is.
Build a form in minutes and take reform on your next field day.
